Wanderlust Promotions is advised by Martin B. Pavane, a New York–based attorney with decades of experience in intellectual property law, complex litigation, and strategic rights protection.
Mr. Pavane’s legal career has focused on the enforcement and defense of intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and rights of publicity. He has represented clients in high-stakes disputes before federal trial and appellate courts and has advised companies on brand protection, licensing strategy, and reputational risk involving creative and intellectual assets.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Pavane has held senior leadership roles at respected law firms, including serving as managing partner of an intellectual-property–focused practice and later as a partner at a national firm, where he was part of a strategic expansion of its New York intellectual property and litigation capabilities. His work has consistently
involved matters where originality, ownership, and credibility are central—and where precision and resolve matter.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Pavane has served as an adjunct professor of patent, and trademark law, reflecting a long-standing commitment to legal scholarship, rigor, and mentorship.
